1 adaptation range

This standard is applicable to the inspection of a company's coating. (for reference only)

2 general conditions for inspection

2.1 the inspection places are not specifically designated. It should be inspected generally in a very ventilated environment which is not directly exposed to sunlight, and has no adverse effects on inspection, such as hot gases, vapors and dust.

2.2 when the coating is not clean, use cotton yarn to wipe it clean (with oil solvent).

2.3 the parts used for inspection must be extracted from the finished products according to the prescribed painting standards.

2.4 after being hardened and dried, the parts for inspection should be inspected according to the time specified in Table 1.

3 term meaning

3.1.1 main surface (A surface): under the condition of vehicle formation, it can be directly seen at a glance, where it can be seen by the naked eye or directly affected by storms.

3.1.2 side view (B surface): normal posture (standing) under vehicle condition. A place where the naked eye can not be seen directly or is not directly affected by storms.

3.1.3 effective surface (C surface): the surface that can not be seen under the condition of vehicle formation.

4 lacquer film hardness

4.1 cut the wood part at one end of the pencil, exposing the core to about 3mm, then grinding the circle on the sand paper above 800# and grinding the pencil into a sharp bottom shape.

4.2 after each use, the pencil is re ground and used.

4.3 the Chinese brand pencils are selected.

5 method of adhesion test:

The blade is kept at 30 degrees on the effective surface to draw 100 (10 * 10) 1mm or 2mm Weiqi discs, depth to metal, and then 24mm - wide tape, one end of the tape of the new era product, and the coating or right angle. And put it all on the effective surface, then quickly tear down the tape and check the number of small squares that are torn off.

6. appearance inspection standard

6.1 visual distance 0.5m examination, after coating the surface should have fullness, gloss, no orange peel, sand mark, blackening, powder, scar, pinhole, obvious particles, filamentous foreign bodies, drawing, splash, film Sag (shrinkage) and so on.

6.1-1 main surface (A) can have a dot black dot of less than 0.5mm, and white dots are not allowed.

The 6.1-2 side view (B surface) allows an obvious black spot with a diameter of less than 3 1mm, and the black line, baking powder and white spot should be less than 25cm.

6.1-3 effective surface (C surface) is allowed to have no obvious small black spots with diameter 0.3~ 2.0mm, black line, powder, white spot less than 10, but must be more than 25cm; L < < 5mm > wire, drawing less than 3, but must be equal to 30cm.

6.1-4 paper sticker on both sides of the upper and lower symmetry, deviation less than 2mm, the same side butt material deviation less than 0.8mm, batch position unifying, WARNING DECALS must not skew, to stick to the middle. There are no defects such as wrinkle, blistering, warping, variegated and so on.

The surface of the 6.1-5 paint film must not be hung, drip, bump, bump, uneven, lacquer, sundries, etc.

The color of 6.1-6 paint and plastic parts keeps no obvious color difference and can be close to hue.
